CompositionSiluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 is used to manage the signs and symptoms of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) or enlarged prostate. It provides symptomatic relief from lower urinary tract issues like dribbling and urinary retention. The combination of an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist and a 5-alpha reductase inhibitor relaxes the prostate and bladder neck muscles while shrinking the prostate over time.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 is used to treat symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). It helps relieve lower urinary tract symptoms like difficulty urinating, weak urine flow, and incomplete bladder emptying.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 should be taken orally.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 Prostagard-D 4 Capsule may cause diarrhoea, dizziness, orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure when standing), stuffy or runny nose, headache, and nasopharyngitis (inflammation of the nose and pharynx).
Most of the side effects are temporary and harmless and can be resolved by discontinuing the capsule. These may not require medical attention. To combat gastrointestinal side effects, take this capsule with food. If you experience any severe or persistent side effects due to this capsule, consult your doctor.

Avoid alcohol consumption while on this medicine, as it can aggravate the orthostatic hypotension caused by this medicine.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 should not be given to patients with severe liver disease or impairment. Dose adjustment is needed for mild to moderate liver disease after consultation with a doctor.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 should not be given to patients with severe kidney disease or impairment. Dose adjustment is needed for mild to moderate kidney disease after consultation with a doctor.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 can cause postural hypotension and dizziness which can impair driving and machine operating capability. Refrain from such activities while you are taking this medication.
If you are allergic to this medicine or any of its constituents, then do not take it.
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 is not indicated for use in paediatric patients (<18 years of age).
Siluri D 4 MG Combipack Capsule 20 is to be used with caution in elderly patients with liver or kidney disease, as they usually need dose adjustment after consultation with a doctor.
