Sebifin Plus Cream is a dermatological medicine used to manage various fungal skin infections. It can help with conditions like ringworm, athlete's foot, jock itch, and tinea versicolor, as well as certain inflamed skin conditions such as eczema, psoriasis and dermatitis.
This medicine contains an antifungal from the allylamine class, which damages the fungal cell membrane, stopping the fungus from growing and clearing the infection, while also helping to reduce the associated inflammation and irritation.
Apply the cream to the affected areas using clean, dry hands or a cotton wool or gauze swab, as your child's doctor advises, and complete the full course of treatment for best results.
Avoid applying to sensitive areas like the nostrils, ears, lips or genitals unless specifically advised by your child's doctor. This medicine is not recommended for children below 12 years of age, and pregnant or breastfeeding mothers should consult their doctor before use.
