S PHYLLIN DM TABLET 10 is used for the long-term prevention and management of asthma and allergic rhinitis in adults, helping to keep the airways open, reduce inflammation, and relieve wheezing, coughing and allergic symptoms.

Uses of S PHYLLIN DM TABLET 10 are:

• Asthma: Helps prevent and manage asthma symptoms including wheezing, coughing and chest tightness.
• Allergic Rhinitis: Helps manage seasonal and perennial allergic symptoms.
• Airway Control: Helps keep the airways open for easier breathing.

Follow these instructions while taking S PHYLLIN DM TABLET 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet.

• You may take this medicine with or without food.

• Take it at the same time each day for best results.

S PHYLLIN DM TABLET 10 is taken orally.

S PHYLLIN DM TABLET 10 contains three active ingredients:

• Acebrophylline (200 mg): This component works as both a bronchodilator and mucoregulator. It inhibits certain enzymes called phosphodiesterases in your body, which helps relax the muscles in your airways and makes breathing easier. It also reduces the thickness of mucus in your airways.

• Montelukast (10 mg): This ingredient blocks substances called leukotrienes that cause inflammation in your airways. By preventing leukotrienes from attaching to their receptors, it decreases inflammation, swelling, and tightening of muscles around the airways.

• Desloratadine (5 mg): This is a non-drowsy antihistamine that blocks the action of histamine, a substance your body produces during allergic reactions. By preventing histamine from binding to its receptors, it reduces allergy symptoms like sneezing and itching.

• Store at room temperature in a tightly closed container.

• Keep away from direct heat, moisture, and sunlight.
