Roliflo OD-2 Capsule is used to treat the urinary symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), an enlarged prostate gland, in men. It helps relieve frequent urination, urgency, difficulty starting urination and the feeling of incomplete bladder emptying.
It contains tamsulosin, an alpha-blocker, and tolterodine, an antimuscarinic, which together help relax the muscles in the prostate and bladder to improve urine storage and ease urine flow. Take the capsule as prescribed, swallowing it whole without crushing or chewing. Continue taking it regularly even if your symptoms improve.
Limiting caffeine and alcohol, avoiding large fluid intake before bedtime, and emptying your bladder fully each time can help manage urinary symptoms alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor if you have urinary retention, narrow-angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, or liver or kidney problems before starting. Report dizziness or fainting on standing, blurred vision, or difficulty passing urine to your doctor.
