Roles-D Capsule interacts with the following medicines:

• Antacids: These medicines, such as aluminium hydroxide and magnesium carbonate, can reduce the absorption of rabeprazole, making Roles-D Capsule less effective.

• HIV Protease inhibitors: Medications like atazanavir may have reduced effectiveness due to decreased plasma concentration caused by rabeprazole in Roles-D Capsule.

• Blood thinners: Rabeprazole can decrease the antiplatelet activity of clopidogrel, reducing its effectiveness.

• Antibiotics and antifungal agents: Medicines like clarithromycin and itraconazole may increase domperidone levels, leading to increased side effects.

• Antitubercular agents: Medicines such as rifampin might decrease domperidone levels, reducing its effectiveness.

• Heart medications: Domperidone can increase the bioavailability of digoxin, increasing its effect.

Roles-D Capsule has no known food interactions. Therefore, you can take this medicine with or without food.

Roles-D Capsule interacts with the following diseases:

• Liver disease: Patients with moderate to severe liver impairment should avoid using Roles-D Capsule as it could aggravate their condition.

• Gastrointestinal conditions: If you have conditions where stimulation of gastric motility could be harmful, such as gastrointestinal haemorrhage or perforation, Roles-D Capsule should be avoided.

• Prolactinoma and Pituitary tumour: If you have these types of brain tumours that produce excess amounts of a hormone called prolactin, Roles-D Capsule is not recommended for use.

The daily dose of Roles-D Capsule should be taken as directed by your doctor. The dosage can vary depending on individual factors, such as how severe your condition is and how well you respond to the medicine. Always stick to the prescribed dosage, and don't increase it without consulting your doctor. For more specific instructions, refer to the package insert.

If you accidentally take more than your prescribed dose of Roles-D Capsule, you might feel drowsy or disoriented. This is not cause for panic, but you should inform your doctor at once.

If you forgot to take Roles-D Capsule at the scheduled time, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one and go back to your usual schedule. Don't double up on doses without discussing it with your doctor.
