Ranidom-O Suspension is used to relieve acidity, heartburn, trapped gas, and ulcer-related abdominal discomfort in adults, providing multi-action soothing relief.

Uses of Ranidom-O Suspension are:

• Acidity and Heartburn: Neutralises excess stomach acid to ease chest burning and acid reflux.
• Gas and Bloating: Breaks down trapped gas bubbles in the gut to reduce bloating and pressure.
• Ulcer Pain Relief: Soothes local pain and stomach lining irritation caused by peptic ulcers.

• Shake Ranidom-O Suspension bottle well before use.
• Use the provided measuring cup or dropper to measure the correct dose of the Suspension.
• Keep the bottle well-capped after use.

Ranidom-O Suspension is taken orally.

Ranidom-O Suspension contains the following components:

• Magaldrate (540 mg): It is an antacid that works by neutralising the excess stomach acid that can cause symptoms like heartburn, acidity, and stomach ulcers. Magaldrate helps reduce acid production in the stomach, relieving these symptoms.
• Simethicone (20 mg): It is an antiflatulent agent that breaks down gas bubbles in the stomach and intestines. This helps to reduce bloating, abdominal distension, and discomfort caused by excessive gas. Simethicone does not have any direct effect on acid production but provides relief from symptoms related to gas and bloating.
• Oxetacaine (10 mg): It is a local anaesthetic that provides temporary relief from pain, burning sensations, and discomfort associated with stomach ulcers and acidity.

• Store this medicine at a temperature below 30 ºC.
• Protect it from light and moisture.

• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Eat slowly and chew your food thoroughly to aid digestion and reduce the air swallowed.
• Eat smaller, more frequent meals rather than large meals, and avoid lying down immediately after eating.
• Limit gas-producing foods such as beans, lentils, cabbage, onions, and carbonated beverages.
• Avoid or limit the use of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), as they can contribute to developing or worsening stomach ulcers.
• Limit alcohol consumption as it can irritate the stomach lining and worsen ulcer symptoms.
