Prograf 1 Capsule is an immunosuppressant used in adults to prevent rejection of a transplanted liver, kidney or heart, and it helps by lowering the immune system's attack on the new organ.

Uses of Prograf 1 Capsule are:

• Liver Transplant: Prevents organ rejection after liver transplantation.
• Kidney Transplant: Protects the transplanted kidney from immune system attack.
• Heart Transplant: Protects against organ rejection after a heart transplant.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not chew, crush or open the capsule.

• Consistently take the capsule with or without food to maintain stable absorption.

• Store it at room temperature, ideally between 15-30°C.
