CompositionPanGraf 1.0 Capsule is used to prevent the body rejecting a transplanted organ, such as a liver, kidney or heart, by calming the immune system so it does not attack the new organ.
It contains tacrolimus, a calcineurin-inhibitor immunosuppressant. It works by suppressing the immune activity that would otherwise attack the transplanted organ.
Take it exactly as prescribed, at the same times each day, and be consistent about taking it with or without food. Do not change brands or stop it without specialist advice. Regular blood tests check the level of the medicine and your kidney function.
Because it lowers your immunity, you are more prone to infection, so report any fever or signs of infection. Tell your doctor about all other medicines, as many interact. It can also affect blood pressure, blood sugar, kidney function and potassium, which your team will monitor.
