• CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Medicines like ketoconazole, erythromycin, and ritonavir may increase the levels of tacrolimus in your body.

• CYP3A4 Inducers: Medicines such as rifampin, phenytoin, and carbamazepine may decrease the levels of tacrolimus.

• Cyclosporine: This medicine may increase the risk of kidney damage when taken along with Advagraf 1 mg Capsule.

• Potassium-Sparing Diuretics: Taking these medications with Advagraf 1 mg Capsule might lead to high potassium levels in your blood.

• Antacids containing magnesium and aluminium: These can reduce the absorption of tacrolimus, affecting its effectiveness.

Grapefruit and grapefruit juice should be avoided while taking Advagraf 1 mg Capsule. They can interact with the medication and increase blood levels of tacrolimus.

• Kidney Disease: If you have kidney problems, this medicine could further impair kidney function.

• Liver Disease: People with liver conditions should use this medication cautiously as it could potentially exacerbate their condition.

• Hyperkalaemia: This medicine might increase potassium levels in your blood if you already have hyperkalaemia (high potassium levels).
