• Antihypertensive agents: If you're taking medicines like amlodipine or telmisartan to manage your blood pressure, adding Pinom-M 50 Tablet could heighten the blood pressure-lowering effect, potentially leading to low blood pressure or hypotension.

• CYP2D6 inhibitors: Medicines like fluoxetine and paroxetine that inhibit CYP2D6 – an enzyme involved in medicine metabolism – can increase the levels of metoprolol in your body, which may enhance its effects and side effects.

• Digitalis glycosides: If you're on medicines like digoxin for heart conditions, using Pinom-M 50 Tablet could increase the risk of slow heart rate or bradycardia.

• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs (NSAIDs): Medicines like ibuprofen and naproxen can reduce the blood pressure-lowering effect of Pinom-M 50 Tablet.

Foods rich in potassium should be consumed in moderation as Pinom-M 50 Tablet may cause increased potassium levels in your blood (hyperkalaemia).

• Heart conditions: If you have conditions such as severe bradycardia, sick sinus syndrome, or heart block (without a pacemaker), use of Pinom-M 50 Tablet can exacerbate these conditions.

• Liver disease: If you have severe liver impairment, the use of Pinom-M 50 Tablet could potentially worsen your condition.

• Lung conditions: In patients with bronchospasm or other lung diseases, Pinom-M 50 Tablet might worsen the condition.

Take your daily dose of Pinom-M 50 Tablet as directed by your doctor, who will adjust it according to your individual response and condition severity.

An overdose of Pinom-M 50 Tablet may lead to symptoms such as severe dizziness, fatigue, or slowed heart rate. If you experience these, consult your doctor.

If you miss a dose of Pinom-M 50 Tablet, take it as soon as remember. If it's nearly time for the next dose, skip the missed one.
