Pazib 400 Tablet 30 is used for the following:

• Treatment of advanced kidney cancer

• Management of metastatic renal cell carcinoma

• Therapy for inoperable kidney tumours

• Treatment of advanced soft tissue sarcoma

• Management of cancer affecting muscles and connective tissues

• Therapy for patients who received prior chemotherapy

• Treatment of tumours resistant to other medicines

• Management of cancers requiring tyrosine kinase inhibition

• Therapy for cancers dependent on abnormal blood vessel growth

• Treatment of cancers requiring a multi-targeted approach

Follow these instructions while taking Pazib 400 Tablet 30:

• Take the tablet whole with a full glass of water.

• Swallow the tablet without crushing, chewing, or breaking it.

• Take on an empty stomach, either one hour before or two hours after meals.

• Maintain a consistent time each day for taking this medicine.

• Continue the course as prescribed, even if you start feeling better.

Pazib 400 Tablet 30 is taken orally.

Pazib 400 Tablet 30 contains pazopanib (400 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• Tyrosine kinase inhibition: Pazopanib blocks multiple receptor tyrosine kinases, which are proteins that cancer cells use to grow and multiply.

• Anti-angiogenesis effect: It prevents the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) that tumours need for nutrient supply and growth.

• Tumour cell death: By cutting off the blood supply to cancer cells, pazopanib causes these abnormal cells to die through a process called apoptosis.

• Cancer spread prevention: The medicine restricts the ability of cancer cells to invade surrounding tissues and spread to other parts of the body (metastasis).

• Multi-pathway targeting: Pazopanib works against various cellular pathways that cancer cells rely on for their survival and proliferation.

• Store Pazib 400 Tablet 30 at room temperature below 30°C.
