Oxalgin DSP Tablet is a pain reliever used to relieve moderate discomfort and reduce fever. It combines paracetamol and aceclofenac, both painkillers, with serratiopeptidase, an enzyme that helps reduce swelling, and is used to treat muscle aches, back pain, joint discomfort, menstrual cramps and toothaches.

Paracetamol and aceclofenac work together to reduce pain and fever, aceclofenac also easing the inflammation that contributes to joint and muscle pain, while serratiopeptidase helps break down inflammatory proteins, reducing swelling and supporting faster relief.

Take this tablet with food, at the dose and frequency your doctor prescribes, and do not exceed the recommended dose or frequency.
