Optibex Lube Eye Drops is an ophthalmic lubricating medicine used to relieve dry eye symptoms, eye irritation, burning, and discomfort. It provides soothing lubrication and protection to the surface of the eye affected by environmental factors or prolonged screen use.
It contains lubricating agents that restore and stabilize the tear film. Instil the drops into the affected eye(s) as directed by your doctor. Wash your hands before use and avoid touching the dropper tip to any surface, including your eye, to prevent contamination.
Simple eye hygiene habits can help maintain eye comfort alongside using eye drops. These include taking regular screen breaks (using the 20-20-20 rule), maintaining adequate ambient humidity, wearing protective eyewear outdoors, and avoiding direct airflow from fans or air conditioners.
Before using these eye drops, tell your eye doctor if you wear contact lenses, have an active eye infection, or are using other eye medicines. Discontinue use and contact your doctor if you experience persistent eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness, or worsening irritation.
