Olmesar A 40 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension). It can be prescribed alone or alongside other antihypertensive medications to effectively lower blood pressure, helping reduce the risk of heart disease and stroke.

Here's how you should take Olmesar A40 Tablet:

Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

Olmesar A40 Tablet is taken orally.

Olmesar A 40 Tablet may have side effects like oedema (swelling), dizziness, headache, fatigue, nasopharyngitis (cold), muscle spasms, upper respiratory tract infection, diarrhoea, urinary tract infection, and joint swelling.
