Nuforce-GM Cream is used to treat fungal skin infections such as ringworm, athlete’s foot, and jock itch by reducing inflammation and controlling fungal growth. It is also used for conditions like eczematous dermatoses, Candida-related infections, and intertrigo by easing redness, itching, and irritation in affected skin folds.

To use Nuforce-GM Cream effectively, follow these steps:

• Ensure the affected skin area is clean and dry before application.

Nuforce-GM Cream contains three active ingredients:

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate (0.025 %): As a potent corticosteroid, it works by binding to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors in your body. This action activates anti-inflammatory gene transcription and represses pro-inflammatory genes, reducing the production of inflammatory mediators and hence decreasing redness, swelling and itchiness.
• Clotrimazole (1 %): This broad-spectrum antifungal agent disrupts fungal cell membranes by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. Consequently, it manages dermatophyte and yeast infections effectively.
• Neomycin Sulphate (0.5 %): This component is an antibiotic that binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis. It is effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative skin pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.

• Keep Nuforce-GM Cream at a cool temperature, below 25°C.
• Avoid subjecting the cream to extreme heat or cold; freezing is not recommended.
