Nuforce-GM Cream contains three active ingredients:

• Beclomethasone Dipropionate (0.025 %): As a potent corticosteroid, it works by binding to intracellular glucocorticoid receptors in your body. This action activates anti-inflammatory gene transcription and represses pro-inflammatory genes, reducing the production of inflammatory mediators and hence decreasing redness, swelling and itchiness.
• Clotrimazole (1 %): This broad-spectrum antifungal agent disrupts fungal cell membranes by inhibiting ergosterol synthesis, an essential component of fungal cell membranes. Consequently, it manages dermatophyte and yeast infections effectively.
• Neomycin Sulphate (0.5 %): This component is an antibiotic that binds to the 30S ribosomal subunit of susceptible bacteria, inhibiting protein synthesis. It is effective against many gram-positive and gram-negative skin pathogens such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Escherichia coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa.
