Nistami Inhaler is used for the long-term maintenance treatment of airflow obstruction in adults with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.
It combines two bronchodilator medicines that work together to keep the airways open. It also helps control and prevent symptoms such as wheezing, coughing, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Use the inhaler exactly as prescribed by your doctor; it is not recommended for treating asthma.
Practising correct inhaler technique, avoiding smoke and other lung irritants, and staying up to date with recommended vaccinations can support lung health alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any heart problems, glaucoma or urinary difficulties before starting this inhaler. Report any worsening breathlessness, chest pain or irregular heartbeat promptly.
