Glycopyrrolate / Glycopyrronium (50 Mcg) + Indacaterol (110 Mcg)

Loftair 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules is used for the long-term management of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) in adults. It is a combination medicine that contains a long-acting muscarinic antagonist (LAMA) and a long-acting beta₂-agonist (LABA).

The medicine helps relax and open the airways in the lungs, making it easier to breathe. It may also help reduce the frequency of COPD exacerbations in some patients.

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have heart problems, high blood pressure, glaucoma, prostate problems, or difficulty passing urine. If you notice any unusual symptoms while using this medicine, consult your doctor.

Long-term maintenance treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
Improving breathing in patients with chronic bronchitis and emphysema
Reducing the risk of COPD exacerbations (flare-ups)

Follow these instructions while using Loftair 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules:

Use this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
The capsule is for inhalation only using a suitable inhaler device.
Do not swallow the capsule.
Use the medicine regularly, even if you feel well.
Use at the same time each day.
Do not stop treatment without consulting your doctor.

Loftair 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules is meant for inhalation using a capsule-based dry powder inhaler device. The capsule should not be swallowed.

Loftair 3 Pack Of 10 Capsules may cause the following common side effects:

Headache
Dizziness
Cough
Sore throat
Runny or blocked nose
Dry mouth
Muscle pain or joint pain
Fatigue
Skin rash or itching

Managing the Side Effects:

Most side effects are mild and improve as your body adjusts to the medicine. However, contact your doctor if symptoms persist or become bothersome.

Dry mouth: Sip water frequently, chew sugar-free gum, or suck on sugar-free lozenges to help relieve dryness.
Dizziness: Sit or lie down until you feel better, and avoid sudden changes in position such as standing up quickly.

Glycopyrrolate / Glycopyrronium (50 mcg): This medicine blocks muscarinic receptors in the airways, which helps prevent tightening of the airway muscles and keeps the air passages open. This makes breathing easier and reduces symptoms such as breathlessness.
Indacaterol (110 mcg): This medicine stimulates beta₂-receptors in the airway muscles, causing the muscles to relax and the airways to widen. This improves airflow to the lungs and helps prevent COPD flare-ups.

Pregnancy
