CompositionNicip MD Tablet is used for the short-term relief of pain and inflammation in conditions such as arthritis, dental pain, ear, nose and throat infections, painful periods and pain after surgery. The mouth-dissolving form acts quickly.
It contains nimesulide, an anti-inflammatory painkiller (NSAID). It works by reducing the chemicals that cause pain, swelling and fever.
Place the tablet on the tongue to dissolve, and use it only for the short period prescribed.
Because nimesulide can, rarely, affect the liver, use it only short-term and tell your doctor about any liver or kidney problems. Stop and seek help for yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine or severe stomach pain.
