New Triglucored Forte Tablet is used to manage type 2 diabetes in adults when single medicines are not enough, controlling blood sugar to help prevent long-term complications.
It combines medicines that lower blood sugar in complementary ways, including one that helps the pancreas release more insulin, metformin, which improves the response to insulin, and one that further improves how the body uses insulin.
Take it with food as prescribed, and do not skip meals, as this can cause low blood sugar.
Tell your doctor about any heart failure, or liver or kidney problems, before use. Learn to recognise and treat low blood sugar, and report swelling, sudden weight gain or breathlessness.
