Natdox Lp 20 MG Injection 10 ML is used in the treatment of several cancers, including metastatic breast cancer, ovarian cancer, multiple myeloma (in combination), and Kaposi’s sarcoma. It may also be used off-label for other cancers at the physician’s discretion.

• Liposomal delivery system: The active ingredient is encapsulated within tiny fat-like particles called liposomes, which protect the medicine during circulation and allow more of it to reach tumour sites.

• Enhanced permeability and retention: The liposomes accumulate in areas where blood vessels are more permeable, such as tumour tissues, helping to maximise cancer-fighting effects while potentially reducing damage to normal tissues.

• Targeted action: This specialised delivery system helps concentrate the medication in cancer tissues while potentially reducing exposure to healthy organs, particularly the heart.
