Naprowel Plus Tablet 10 used to treat and reduce the severity and frequency of migraine headaches. This combination drug (Naproxen and Domperidone) blocks pain signals and reduces inflammation, also offering relief from chronic pain conditions like rheumatoid arthritis and gout. Additionally, it controls the common migraine symptoms of nausea and vomiting, providing overall relief from pain and discomfort.

Follow these instructions while taking Naprowel Plus Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.
• You can take this medicine with or without food, as per your preference.
• Try to take the medicine at the same time each day to maintain consistent levels in your body.
• Always remember not to exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Naprowel Plus Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Naprowel Plus Tablet 10 consists of two active ingredients:

• Domperidone (10 mg): As an antiemetic medication, domperidone works by blocking dopamine receptors in a specific area of the brain known as the chemoreceptor trigger zone (CTZ). This action helps reduce feelings of nausea and vomiting. Additionally, domperidone enhances the movement of food through the stomach and upper intestine which prevents reflux.
• Naproxen (250 mg): This NSAID has analgesic, anti-inflammatory and fever-reducing properties. Naproxen works by inhibiting an enzyme called cyclooxygenase (COX). This enzyme is involved in producing prostaglandins - chemicals responsible for pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin production, naproxen effectively manages these symptoms associated with migraines.

• Store Naprowel Plus Tablet 10 at room temperature, ideally below 25°C.
• Keep it in a dry place, away from excessive light and moisture.
• The original container is the best storage option; ensure it's tightly closed.
