Napra-D 250 Tablet is used to treat an acute migraine attack and the nausea that accompanies it. It is not a preventive medicine and does not reduce the future frequency of migraine attacks.
It contains naproxen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), and domperidone, an anti-sickness medicine. Take it at the onset of an attack as prescribed, with food if needed to reduce stomach discomfort.
Maintaining regular sleep, hydration and meals and avoiding known triggers may help reduce future migraine attacks.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about stomach ulcers, bleeding disorders or heart, liver or kidney disease. Seek advice during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and do not combine it with other NSAIDs unless instructed.
