Naxdom 250 Tablet is used to treat acute migraine attacks, including migraines linked to the menstrual cycle. It helps reduce headache pain and the nausea and vomiting that often come with a migraine.
It contains naproxen, a pain and inflammation reliever, together with domperidone, which helps control nausea. Take it at the first signs of a migraine attack, as prescribed, with food to reduce stomach upset.
Resting in a quiet, dark room and staying well hydrated during a migraine attack can help alongside the tablet. Identifying and avoiding personal migraine triggers, such as certain foods, stress, or poor sleep, may also help reduce how often attacks occur.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a history of stomach ulcers, heart problems, kidney or liver disease, or are taking other medicines. Contact your doctor if you notice irregular heartbeat, chest pain, or black stools. It is not recommended during pregnancy.
