Myselic Lotion 50Ml

MYSELIC LOTION 50ML is used for managing the following conditions:

• Plaque psoriasis: A type of skin condition characterised by red, itchy and scaly patches on the skin.
• Localised hyperkeratotic lesions: Thickened areas of skin caused by excessive growth of the outer layer of skin cells.
• Lichen simplex chronicus: A skin disorder that leads to chronic itching and scratching.
• Nummular eczema: A form of dermatitis that manifests as coin-shaped spots on the skin.
• Atopic dermatitis: Commonly known as eczema, which causes red and itchy skin.
• Lichen planus: An inflammation that affects the skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes.
• Discoid lupus erythematosus: A chronic skin condition characterised by sores with inflammation and scars.

• Ensure your hands and the area of application are clean and dry before applying the lotion.
• Apply a thin layer of lotion to the affected area as prescribed by the doctor.
• Massage gently until the lotion is completely absorbed into the skin.
• Avoid using it on your face, groin or underarms unless directed by your doctor.
• Do not cover the area with bandages or dressings unless advised by your doctor.

MYSELIC LOTION 50ML is applied topically.

MYSELIC LOTION 50ML contains two active ingredients:

• Clobetasol Propionate (0.05%): This super-high potency corticosteroid works by inducing proteins called lipocortins which control the production of inflammation mediators such as prostaglandins and leukotrienes. This action helps reduce swelling, redness and itching on the skin.
• Salicylic Acid (6%): Classified as a keratolytic agent, salicylic acid works by softening and loosening dry, scaly skin, allowing it to peel off more easily. It also possesses anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties which aid in treating inflamed skin conditions.

• Store MYSELIC LOTION 50ML at regular room temperature, ideally between 15°C and 30°C.
• Avoid direct exposure to light and moisture.
• Keep the bottle tightly closed when not in use.
• Place it out of reach of children to ensure their safety.
• Use the lotion before its expiry date for maximum effectiveness.
