Macrogol retains water in the bowel, increasing the water content and volume of the stool, softening it, and making it easier to pass, while the electrolytes help maintain the body's normal fluid and salt balance. The formulation supports comfortable bowel evacuation, reduces straining and abdominal discomfort, and may help restore regular bowel habits, acting gradually within 1 to 3 days.
