Pegovag C Orange Flavour Solution is used for managing constipation and promoting digestive comfort. It combines polyethene glycol with essential electrolytes potassium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, and sodium chloride to soften stools, maintain electrolyte balance, and neutralise stomach acid. This combination helps ease bowel movements and supports overall gastrointestinal health. 

• Polyethene Glycol: Polyethene glycol (PEG) is a stool softener and laxative that works by drawing water into the bowel, softening stools, and making it easier to pass. It is commonly used to manage constipation and promote regular bowel movements.
   
• Potassium Chloride: Potassium chloride is an electrolyte that helps maintain fluid balance in the body. It is added to the solution to replace potassium lost during bowel movements and help maintain proper muscle and nerve function, which can be affected during constipation or diarrhoea.
   
• Sodium Bicarbonate: Sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda, is used to neutralise stomach acid and help balance the pH levels in the digestive system. It can provide relief from acid indigestion and support gastrointestinal comfort during bowel movements.
   
• Sodium Chloride: Sodium chloride, or common table salt, helps maintain fluid and electrolyte balance in the body. It works alongside the other ingredients to support proper hydration and manage dehydration, which can be a concern during bowel cleansing or constipation relief.

• Always dilute the solution in water before use.
• For Adults, adolescents, and elderly, dilute 25 ml of the solution in 100 ml of water, 1–3 times daily in divided doses, as per individual response. For extended use, 1–2 diluted doses per day may be taken.
• For children between 2 to 6 years, dilute 12.5 ml of the solution in 50 ml of water once daily, or as directed by the physician.
• For children between 7 to11 years, dilute 25 ml of the solution in 100 ml of water once daily, or as directed by the physician.
• Measure the solution accurately using the provided measuring cup (if available).
• Do not mix with beverages other than water.
• Follow the physician’s advice for duration and frequency of use.

• Use only after dilution in water, as directed.
• Do not exceed the recommended dose unless advised by a physician.
• Prolonged use should be under medical supervision.
• Not recommended for children below 2 years unless prescribed by a doctor.
