Mederma Gel is used to minimise the appearance of scars and improve skin texture. It helps soften, smooth, and even out the skin affected by scars caused by acne, burns, cuts, surgery, or injuries. Regular application supports healthier-looking skin and improves the overall appearance of both old and new scars.

• Allium Cepa Bulb Extract:  This botanical extract derived from onions helps reduce the redness and thickness of scars while improving overall skin texture. Known for its antioxidant properties, it may contribute to managing the appearance of scars by keeping the skin hydrated and promoting a smoother surface.
   
• Allantoin: This is a skin-conditioning agent that helps soften and smooth scars. It supports hydration and skin regeneration, helping to maintain the moisture balance of the affected area, which may reduce the visibility of scars over time.
   
• Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5): This hydrating ingredient may help improve skin elasticity and smoothness. It supports the skin barrier by retaining moisture, making scars appear softer and less noticeable.
   
• Sodium Hyaluronate: This form of hyaluronic acid helps retain moisture, keeping the scarred skin hydrated and improving texture. It plays a role in maintaining skin suppleness, making scars look less pronounced over time.

• Apply a thin layer of Mederma Gel on the scar once the wound has completely healed.

• Start application at least two weeks after injury or surgery once the scab has fallen off.
