Myospaz Forte Tablet can interact with medications, including:

• Anti-hypertensives such as propranolol. This tablet may reduce the effect of anti-hypertensive medications. The concomitant use may further damage kidney function.
• Diuretics such as furosemide and thiazides. These medications can increase the risk of nephrotoxicity of this tablet.
• Cardiac glycosides such as digoxin. This tablet can reduce the clearance of this digoxin.
• Anticoagulants such as warfarin. This tablet may enhance the effects of warfarin. The concomitant may increase the risk of gastrointestinal ulceration or bleeding.
• Other NSAIDs. Concomitant therapy with aspirin or other NSAIDs may increase the frequency of adverse reactions, including the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.

Myospaz Forte Tablet can interact with diseases, including:

• Peptic ulcers: This tablet may cause peptic ulcers and aggravate the condition.
• Bleeding disorders: This tablet may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and worsen the existing condition.
• Hypertension: This tablet may lead to hypertension or worsen the preexisting hypertension.
• Heart diseases: This tablet may cause fluid retention and oedema and worsen the existing heart condition.
• Liver dysfunction: This tablet may lead to the elevation of liver enzymes and worsen liver impairment.
• Kidney impairment: The use of this tablet may alter kidney function and worsen the condition.
• Asthma: This tablet may precipitate bronchospasm in such patients with bronchial asthma.

If you take an excessive amount of Myospaz Forte Tablet by accident, it is essential to get immediate medical attention from your doctor or nearby hospital. The symptoms of overdose include nausea, vomiting, drowsiness, indigestion, constipation, and stomach pain.
