Movexx SP Tablet is used to relieve pain, inflammation and swelling in muscles and joints. It is a combination medicine containing aceclofenac (an anti-inflammatory pain reliever), paracetamol (a pain and fever reliever) and serratiopeptidase (an enzyme used to help with swelling).
This medicine is commonly prescribed for conditions such as arthritis, back pain, sprains and pain after surgery. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably after food, and do not crush or chew it. Use the dose and duration prescribed by your doctor and complete the course as advised.
Applying a warm compress to painful areas, gentle movement within comfortable limits, and adequate rest for the affected muscle or joint can support pain relief alongside this medicine, but they do not replace it. Avoid alcohol while using this medicine.
Before starting this medicine, tell your doctor if you have stomach ulcers or bleeding, kidney, liver or heart problems, high blood pressure, asthma or blood-clotting problems, and about any other medicines, supplements or herbal products you are taking. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Seek medical help promptly if you notice severe stomach pain, black tarry stools or yellowing of the skin or eyes, and report any persistent or serious side effects to your doctor. Do not stop taking this medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
