Lupila-D Capsule is a medicine used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (acid reflux) and peptic ulcer disease in adults. It also helps relieve symptoms such as heartburn, stomach discomfort, indigestion, nausea, and vomiting by reducing stomach acid production and preventing acid from flowing back into the food pipe.

It contains ilaprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid, and domperidone, which improves stomach movement. Take it on an empty stomach, preferably before breakfast, as prescribed. Swallow the capsule whole and complete the advised course.

Dietary and lifestyle changes can improve acid reflux symptoms. Avoid spicy, oily, or acidic foods, eat smaller and more frequent meals, refrain from lying down immediately after eating, and limit caffeine and alcohol intake as advised by your doctor.

Before taking this medicine, inform your doctor if you have severe kidney or liver disease, heart problems, or intestinal blockages. Tell your doctor about all other medicines you take. Consult your doctor before use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
