Luliford Lotion is used to manage fungal skin infections such as athlete’s foot, ringworm, and jock itch. It helps relieve itching, redness, and irritation by inhibiting fungal growth on the skin. Consistent use as advised supports effective healing and reduces the risk of spread.

To use Luliford lotion correctly, follow these instructions:

• Puncture the plug before use.
• Ensure that your skin is clean and dry before application.
• Apply a thin layer of Luliford lotion to the affected area once daily.
• Extend the coverage to approximately 1 inch of the surrounding skin.
• Avoid contact with eyes.

Luliford lotion contains Luliconazole (1%), which works on the body as follows:

• Disrupts Ergosterol Biosynthesis: Luliconazole acts by blocking the formation of ergosterol, a vital component of the fungal cell membrane. It does this by inhibiting an enzyme called lanosterol 14α-demethylase, which converts lanosterol into ergosterol.
• Fungal Cell Membrane Compromise: With the disruption in ergosterol biosynthesis, there's an accumulation of methylated sterol precursors and depletion of ergosterol. This compromises the integrity of the fungal cell membrane leading to its degradation.
• Anti-Inflammatory Properties: Apart from its antifungal activity, Luliconazole also exhibits anti-inflammatory properties which help reduce symptoms associated with fungal infections.

• Store Luliford lotion at room temperature, below 30°C.
• Keep the lotion away from direct sunlight and moisture to maintain its efficacy.
