• NSAIDs: Medicines like ibuprofen and diclofenac can increase the risk of stomach bleeding when taken with Lipikind-AS 20 Capsule due to its aspirin content.

• Anticoagulants: Medicines like warfarin and heparin may enhance the blood-thinning effect when combined with Lipikind-AS 20 Capsule, potentially increasing bleeding risk.

• CYP3A4 inhibitors: Medicines like ketoconazole and erythromycin can increase atorvastatin levels in your blood, raising the risk of side effects.

• Cardiac glycosides: Lipikind-AS 20 Capsule may increase blood levels of digoxin (a heart medicine), potentially leading to digoxin toxicity.

• Disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drug (DMRAD): Aspirin in this medicine can reduce the excretion of medicines like methotrexate, potentially increasing its toxicity in your body.

Lipikind-AS 20 Capsule has limited food interactions, but certain foods may affect its effectiveness.
