Liofen Liquid 100Ml may interact with the following medicines:

• CNS depressants such as benzodiazepines or opioids: Concurrent use may increase drowsiness, dizziness, impaired coordination, breathing difficulty, and excessive central nervous system depression. Patients should be monitored carefully, especially during initiation or dose adjustment.
• Antihypertensive medicines such as amlodipine or atenolol: Combined use may increase the risk of low blood pressure, dizziness, light-headedness, or fainting, particularly when standing up suddenly due to additive blood pressure-lowering effects.
• Antidepressants such as amitriptyline: Concomitant use may enhance sedative and muscle relaxant effects, increasing the risk of excessive drowsiness, confusion, reduced alertness, and impaired concentration.
• Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as ibuprofen: Concurrent use in susceptible individuals may increase the risk of kidney-related side effects, especially in patients with dehydration or pre-existing kidney impairment.
• Dopaminergic antiparkinsonism agents such as Levodopa: Combined use may increase the risk of confusion, hallucinations, agitation, or worsening mental status changes, particularly in elderly patients or those with neurological disorders.

Liofen Liquid 100Ml may interact with diseases, including:

• Epilepsy or seizure disorders: Baclofen should be used cautiously in patients with epilepsy, as sudden withdrawal, rapid dose changes, or excessive doses may increase the risk of seizures or worsening seizure control.
• Psychiatric disorders: Patients with psychiatric illnesses should use this medicine cautiously, as baclofen may worsen confusion, hallucinations, mood changes, depression, or behavioural disturbances in susceptible individuals.
• Parkinson’s disease: Patients with Parkinson’s disease should use baclofen cautiously, as it may affect movement control or mental alertness in some individuals.
