Linero M 500 Tablet may have the following common side effects:

Diarrhoea
Nausea
Abdominal pain
Nasopharyngitis: This refers to inflammation of the nasal passages and the back of the throat, commonly known as a cold.
Upper respiratory tract infections
Arthralgia: This refers to joint pain, which can occur in any part of your body where two or more bones meet.
Hypoglycaemia: This is when your blood sugar drops too low, which may cause symptoms like sweating, shakiness, confusion, and hunger.

Diarrhoea: Try taking Linero M 500 Tablet with meals to reduce this side effect.
Nausea: Taking this medicine with food can help decrease feelings of nausea.

Linero M 500 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

Linagliptin (2.5 mg): As a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor, it increases the levels of incretin hormones like glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) in your body. These hormones help stimulate insulin release from the pancreas when blood sugar is high, while also reducing glucagon production.

Pregnancy
