Laxoclear Solution 120Ml may interact with the following medicines:

• Diuretics such as furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide: Concurrent use may increase the risk of dehydration and electrolyte imbalance, particularly low potassium levels.
• Corticosteroids such as prednisolone: Combined use may further increase the risk of electrolyte disturbances and weakness due to potassium loss.
• Cardiac glycosides such as digoxin: Electrolyte imbalance caused by excessive laxative use may increase the risk of digoxin toxicity and irregular heartbeat.
• Other laxatives: Concurrent use may increase the risk of severe diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, and dehydration.
• Antibiotics such as tetracyclines: Prolonged antibiotic use may alter intestinal flora and reduce the effectiveness of sodium picosulphate.

Laxoclear Solution 120Ml may interact with diseases/conditions, including:

• Intestinal obstruction: This medicine should not be used in patients with bowel obstruction or severe abdominal conditions, as it may worsen symptoms.
• Inflammatory bowel disease: Use cautiously in patients with ulcerative colitis or Crohn’s disease, as stimulant laxatives may irritate the intestine.
• Dehydration: Excessive laxative use may worsen fluid loss and electrolyte imbalance.

The daily dose of Laxoclear Solution 120Ml should be taken as prescribed by your doctor. The dosage may vary depending on the severity of constipation and individual response to treatment. Do not alter the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

An overdose of Laxoclear Solution 120Ml may cause severe diarrhoea, abdominal cramps, dehydration, weakness, or electrolyte imbalance. Seek immediate medical attention if overdose is suspected.

If you miss a dose of Laxoclear Solution 120Ml, take it as soon as you remember. If it is nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and continue with your regular dosing schedule. Do not take a double dose to compensate for a missed one.
