CompositionLasilactone 50 Tablet is used to treat fluid retention (oedema) linked with heart failure, liver disease and kidney disorders, and to help manage high blood pressure. It eases swelling and breathlessness and reduces the pressure on the heart.
It contains furosemide, a loop diuretic that removes excess water and salt, and spironolactone, a potassium-sparing diuretic that helps keep potassium levels balanced.
Take it by mouth as prescribed. Following any advice on fluid and salt intake supports treatment, and your doctor may check your blood salts and kidney function.
Tell your doctor about any kidney problems, dehydration or other medicines before starting, and report severe dizziness, muscle cramps or a very dry mouth.
