Kidtro Eye Drops 5ml

Kidtro Eye Drops 5ml is used for the management of:

• Controlled dilation of the pupil during diagnosis of eye problem
• Improvement of visual function in the weaker eye

• Wash hands thoroughly before handling the bottle.
• Gently pull down the lower eyelid to form a small pocket.
• Instil the prescribed drop into the eye.
• If the drop does not enter the eye, one additional attempt may be made.
• Close the eye gently and press the inner corner of the eye for about one minute.
• Avoid allowing the dropper tip to touch the eye or surrounding surfaces.
• Replace the cap immediately after use.

Kidtro Eye Drops 5ml is administered as topical ophthalmic drops.

Kidtro Eye Drops 5ml contains the following ingredients:

• Atropine (0.1 mg): Atropine is an antimuscarinic agent that blocks acetylcholine activity at muscarinic receptors in the eye. This action causes dilation of the pupil (mydriasis) and relaxation of the ciliary muscle (cycloplegia), which reduces the ability of the eye to focus. 
• Polyhexamethylene Biguanide (0.05 mg): Polyhexamethylene biguanide is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent used in ophthalmic preparations. It disrupts microbial cell membranes and helps prevent contamination of the solution. This ingredient contributes to maintaining ocular hygiene and reducing the risk of microbial growth in the formulation.

• Protect from direct sunlight and moisture.
