Pilocarpine (5 Mg)

Jogren Tablet 10 is used to manage dry mouth associated with reduced saliva production and certain gland-related disorders. It belongs to the class of medicines known as cholinergic agonists.

This medicine is commonly prescribed to patients with dry mouth caused by Sjögren’s syndrome or following radiation treatment for head and neck cancer. It may help improve saliva production, reduce mouth dryness, improve swallowing comfort, and help improve oral comfort in individuals with reduced salivary gland function.

Take this medicine exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Inform your doctor if you have asthma, heart disease, low blood pressure, glaucoma, stomach ulcers, gallbladder disease, kidney disease, or liver disease before starting treatment. Continue taking the medicine for the duration advised by your doctor and attend regular follow-up appointments if required.

Jogren Tablet 10 is used to:

Manage dry mouth associated with Sjögren’s syndrome
Relieve dry mouth following radiation therapy for head and neck cancer
Improve saliva production in patients with reduced salivary gland function
Improve swallowing comfort associated with dry mouth
Support oral comfort and oral moisture in patients with xerostomia

Follow these instructions while taking Jogren Tablet 10:

Take the tablet exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
Swallow the tablet whole with water.
Do not crush, chew, or break the tablet unless advised otherwise.
Take the medicine at evenly spaced intervals if prescribed multiple times daily.
Continue taking the medicine regularly for the duration advised by your doctor.

Jogren Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Jogren Tablet 10 may cause side effects such as:

Sweating
Nausea
Increased urination
Chills
Headache

Management Of Side Effects:
