Clearneb 3% 4ml Pack Of 5 Pulmules is used for supporting respiratory health. It delivers a sterile saline solution via nebulisation. Containing 3% Sodium Chloride, this inhalation solution helps hydrate the airways, promote mucociliary clearance, and soften thick or sticky mucus in the lungs. Each pulmule is designed for single use and is preservative-free, ensuring hygienic and convenient inhalation therapy. It is used exclusively with a nebuliser and under the supervision of a healthcare provider. 

• Sodium Chloride (3% w/v): Sodium Chloride is a hypertonic saline solution that may help draw water into the airway surfaces. This process may loosen thick mucus, making it easier to expel through coughing or natural ciliary movement. It supports airway hydration and may help reduce mucus buildup in chronic respiratory conditions.
   
• Water for Injections (q.s.): Water for Injections is a sterile diluent used to prepare the sodium chloride solution for safe nebulisation. It ensures the solution is isotonic or hypertonic as required, offering a clean base for inhalation without introducing contaminants or irritants to sensitive airways.

• Airway Clearance: Clearneb 3% Pulmules may help thin mucus in the airways, making it easier to clear through coughing or natural processes. This may support easier breathing in individuals experiencing congestion, particularly in those with chronic lung conditions.

• Tear one Pulmule from the combipack.
• Twist off the cap to open.
• Squeeze contents into the nebulising chamber.
• Use with a nebuliser immediately.
• Discard the pulmule after use.

• Store below 30°C.
• Do not freeze.
• For external use only (inhalation). 
• Keep out of reach of children.
• For inhalation use only.
• Do not inject or consume orally.
• Use a fresh pulmule for each dose.
• Use only under medical supervision.
• Once the foil pouch is opened, use the pulmules within one month.
• Discontinue use if discolouration or particles are noticed.
• Should not be used past expiry or if the solution appears cloudy or discoloured.
• Pregnant or lactating women and people with other medical conditions should consult a doctor before using.
