KZ cream can interact with drugs, including:

• Corticosteroids: Using KZ cream along with Corticosteroids like Hydrocortisone, Betamethasone, and Triamcinolone can increase the risk of side effects, such as thinning of the skin, easy bruising, and slow wound healing. Hence, it is advisable to use KZ cream cautiously with corticosteroids. 
• Other topical medications: Using KZ cream along with other topical medications may increase the absorption of the active ingredients and lead to an increased risk of side effects. Hence, it is advisable to use other topical medications at least 30 minutes before or after applying KZ cream.

Examples of medications that can be affected by achlorhydria include antibiotics, antifungal agents, and proton pump inhibitors.
• Adrenal insufficiency: Adrenal insufficiency is a condition where the adrenal glands do not produce enough hormones, leading to a range of symptoms.
