Gluconorm G2 Forte Tablet contains two active ingredients that work together to regulate blood sugar levels:

• Glimepiride (2 mg): Belonging to the sulfonylurea class of medicines, glimepiride primarily works by stimulating the beta cells in your pancreas to secrete more insulin. This hormone helps reduce blood glucose levels. Some secondary effects outside the pancreas may also contribute to its antidiabetic action.
• Metformin (1000 mg): Metformin is a biguanide antihyperglycemic agent that reduces both regular and post-meal blood glucose levels.
