Azulix 2 MF Forte Tablet is used for the following:

Management of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Prevention of long-term complications linked to diabetes (such as damage to the kidneys, vision problems, nerve damage and loss of limbs)

Here's how you should take Azulix 2 MF Forte Tablet:

Consume the tablet whole with water.
Always take the tablet during a meal, ideally during your evening meal.
Swallow the tablet and avoid crushing or chewing it.
It is important to take this medicine consistently at the same time daily, even if you feel well or your blood sugar is under control. Always consult your doctor before stopping this medication.

Azulix 2 MF Forte Tablet is taken orally.
