These include eating balanced meals at regular times, exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, avoiding sugary drinks, and limiting alcohol intake. Avoid prolonged sun exposure when starting the medicine and use sunscreen, as it can occasionally increase skin sensitivity to sunlight.
