Flagyl 400 Tablet is used in adults to treat bacterial and parasitic infections such as trichomoniasis, giardiasis, amoebiasis and bacterial vaginosis, and is also used to help clear Helicobacter pylori infection in peptic ulcer disease.

Flagyl 400 Tablet 15 composition contains Metronidazole (400 Mg) as its active ingredients.

• Toxicity towards Anaerobic Organisms: The reduced form of metronidazole forms unstable compounds that bind to DNA and inhibit nucleic acid synthesis, causing cell death.
