Fibator LS Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• CYP3A4 Inhibitors: Medicines like ketoconazole and erythromycin may increase the concentration of atorvastatin in your body. Always use the lowest necessary dose when you're taking these together.

• Bile Acid Sequestrants: Medicines such as cholestyramine and colestipol can decrease the absorption of atorvastatin. Try to take Fibator LS Tablet at least 1 hour before or 4 hours after taking these medicines.

• Immunosuppressants: Medicines like cyclosporine can increase the concentration of atorvastatin. If possible, avoid this combination, or do not exceed 10 mg of atorvastatin daily.

• Fibric Acid Derivatives: These medicines, such as clofibrate and bezafibrate, may increase the risk of muscle damage when taken with Fibator LS Tablet.

Fibator LS Tablet has interactions with certain types of food:

• Grapefruit: Consuming large amounts of grapefruit or grapefruit juice can increase the risk of side effects from atorvastatin.

Fibator LS Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Active Liver Disease: If you have any form of active liver disease, using this medicine could worsen your condition.

• Severe Renal Impairment: For patients with severe renal impairment (eGFR < 30 mL/min/1.73m2), avoiding using Fibator LS Tablet due to potential medicine accumulation is advised.

• Gallbladder Disease: If you have gallbladder disease, be cautious as fenofibrate in this medicine may increase cholesterol excretion into the bile, possibly leading to gallstones.

The daily dose of Fibator LS Tablet should be as directed by your doctor. Dose may vary based on factors like the severity of your condition and how you respond to the medicine. Always follow your doctor's instructions and avoid altering the dosage without consulting them.
