• This combination is meant for adults and children above 10 years of age.

Contraindications

• Atorvastatin + Fenofibrate is contraindicated in patients with known allergies to atorvastatin, or fenofibrate, who have severe liver or kidney disease, disease of gallbladder or pancreas.

Overdose and Missed Dose

• Overdose of this combination can cause diarrhoea and nausea. Inform your doctor regarding these effects and follow the advice accordingly.
• If you forget to take this combination, take it as soon as you remember. But avoid repeating the dose.

Use In Driving And Operating Machinery

• This combination may affect your ability to drive or operate heavy machinery. Avoid driving if you feel dizzy after taking this combination.

Use in Pregnancy and Lactation

• Atorvastatin + Fenofibrate is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Other Medications To Avoid With This Medicine

• Using Atorvastatin + Fenofibrate in combination with oral anticoagulants (coumarin, warfarin), anti-gout medications (colchicine), antibiotics (cephalexin, tetracycline, gentamicin), antifungals (miconazole, fluconazole, ketoconazole), HIV medications (abacavir, retrovir, tenofovir), hepatitis C medications (ribavirin, elbasvir), contraceptive medications, anti-arthritis medications (cyclosporin), and other fibrates medications (clofibrate, gemfibrozil, ezetimibe) is not recommended. Before using any prescription or over-the-counter medications, consulting with your doctor is imperative.
