Fibator EZ Tablet contains three active components, each contributing to its effect:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): As a fibrate, it activates a receptor called Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor α (PPARα). This action increases the breakdown of triglyceride-rich particles and alters LDL composition, making the LDL particles larger and more easily cleared from the body.
• Atorvastatin (10 mg): This statin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol production within the body. Doing so enhances the uptake and breakdown of LDL or "bad" cholesterol and reduces its production.
