Fibator EZ Tablet is used in adults to manage raised cholesterol and triglycerides when one or two medicines are not enough.

Fibator EZ Tablet contains three active components, each contributing to its effect:

• Fenofibrate (160 mg): As a fibrate, it activates a receptor called Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor α (PPARα). This action increases the breakdown of triglyceride-rich particles and alters LDL composition, making the LDL particles larger and more easily cleared from the body.
• Atorvastatin (10 mg): This statin inhibits HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme involved in cholesterol production within the body. Doing so enhances the uptake and breakdown of LDL or "bad" cholesterol and reduces its production.
• Ezetimibe (10 mg): This component works within the small intestine to inhibit cholesterol absorption. This reduction in intestinal cholesterol results in lower liver cholesterol stores and increased cholesterol clearance from the blood.
