Fevago DS Suspension is used to relieve headaches, toothaches, sore throat, body aches, abdominal pain, and earaches. It also helps reduce fever caused by infections or immunisations. This suspension is particularly effective in managing pain and fever in children. It belongs to the analgesic and antipyretic class of medications.

• Paracetamol (250 mg): Paracetamol is the active ingredient in this suspension. It works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the brain, which are chemical messengers responsible for pain and high body temperature. Lowering prostaglandin levels helps manage high body temperature and reduces mild to moderate pain, such as body aches, headaches, and discomfort due to colds or post-vaccination.

• Manages High Body Temperature: Fevago 250 MG Suspension may help reduce elevated body temperature caused by infections or post-immunization responses. It acts on the brain's temperature regulation centre to maintain normal body temperature in children.
   
• Helps Relieve Headaches: This suspension may help reduce discomfort due to tension or viral headaches by blocking pain signals in the brain. It can offer relief and calmness, improving your child’s ability to rest or sleep.

• Dosage is 15 mg per kg per dose.
• For children aged 1 to 2 years with an average weight of 10 to 12 kg, the dose is 6 to 8 ml.
• For ages 2 to 3 years weighing 12 to 14 kg, the dose is 8 to 9 ml.
• For ages 3 to 4 years weighing 14 to 18 kg, the dose is 9 to 11 ml.
• For ages 4 to 5 years with a weight of 18 to 20 kg, the dose is 11 to 13 ml.
• In each case, it should be given 3 to 4 times a day or as directed by the physician. The minimum dosing interval is 4 hours.
• The maximum dose is 60 mg per kg of body weight in divided doses over 24 hours.
• It should not be administered for more than 48 hours without a doctor's advice.
