Febuget 20 Tablet 10 is used for the following:

• Chronic management of hyperuricemia in gout patients
• Prevention of uric acid accumulation in the blood

• Swallow the entire tablet without crushing or breaking it. 
• Take it with or without food, but it is recommended at a fixed daily time for better results.

Febuget 20 Tablet 10 is taken orally. 

Febuget 20 Tablet 10 contains the following component:

• Febuxostat (20 mg): It is a xanthine oxidase inhibitor, which acts by inhibiting the enzyme xanthine oxidase. This enzyme is responsible for converting purines into uric acid. By blocking this enzyme, Febuget 20 Tablet 10 reduces the production of uric acid. Limiting uric acid production, it helps lower the levels of this compound in your blood. This is crucial because high uric acid levels can form urate crystals in joints, causing gout attacks.

• Febuget 20 Tablet 10 should be stored at room temperature, at 25°C.

• Keep away from children.
• Do not use this medicine after the expiry date has passed.

• Choose complex carbs like whole-grain bread, fruits, and veggies over sugary sweets and refined carbohydrates.
