Dr Willmar Schwabe Mama Natura Tussikind Tablet is used for addressing coughs associated with bronchial catarrh, acute and chronic wheezing, irritable coughs and the initial symptoms of whooping cough. Each tablet is formulated with a blend of five homoeopathic remedies: Antimonium sulphuratum aureum, Bryonia alba, Drosera rotundifolia, Spongia tosta and Ipecacuanha, formulated to support respiratory health. These ingredients work synergistically to help alleviate cough and congestion, soothe the irritation of the larynx and trachea and address symptoms such as dysphonia, wheezing and hoarseness.

• Antimonium Sulphuratum Aureum 3x (10 mg per tablet): This homoeopathic remedy is derived from the combination of antimony and sulfur. It is used for its potential benefits in managing coughs with a metallic taste and coughs that are accompanied by a rattling sound in the chest. It helps in alleviating bronchial congestion and improving respiratory health.
   
• Bryonia Alba 3x (10 mg per tablet): Extracted from the Bryonia alba plant, this ingredient helps address dry, painful coughs that worsen with movement. It is also used for its potential to help with respiratory conditions where there is a dryness of mucous membranes and a tendency for coughs to be worse in the evening.
   
• Drosera Rotundifolia 3x (10 mg per tablet): Derived from the round-leaved sundew plant, Drosera is used for managing coughs that are spasmodic and worse at night. It may help manage severe coughs with a sensation of rawness and irritation in the throat.

• For Acute and Chronic Wheeze: It is effective for both acute and chronic wheezing, a high-pitched whistling sound produced during breathing when the airways are narrowed or obstructed. The combination of ingredients helps ease respiratory distress and improve airflow.
   
• For Irritable Cough: The formulation is intended to help soothe an irritable cough which is often persistent and can cause discomfort or pain. It addresses the underlying irritation and helps provide symptomatic relief.
   
• Helps Manage Initial Symptoms of Whooping Cough: Tussikind Tablet may help manage the early stages of whooping cough, a highly contagious respiratory disease known for severe coughing fits that can be accompanied by a “whooping” sound. It helps alleviate initial symptoms and reduces coughing severity.

• Dosage: Unless otherwise prescribed by the physician, 1 to 2 tablets hourly, 3 times per day over an extended period of time. If complaints are not relieved, consult a specialist.
• For small children and infants, it is advisable to dissolve the tablets in some water (say 2-3 teaspoons) and feed the solution with a spoon.
